– Client Meeting: The process begins with an initial consultation where the company meets with the client to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for the project.
– Site Analysis: A thorough analysis of the site is conducted, including soil testing, assessing drainage, evaluating existing vegetation, and understanding the site’s topography and climate

– Pricing & Design Proposal: Based on the client’s input and site analysis, landscape architects create a detailed design proposal. This includes sketches, 3D renderings, and plant selection. Thereafter the client is given a approximate estimate of how much the project will cost.

– Client Approval & Down-payment for mobilisation: The design proposal is presented to the client for approval. Any modifications are made based on the client’s feedback. And a payment to be requested from the client prior to starting the work.

– Plant Selection and Placement: Plants are selected based on the design plan, climate, and soil conditions. They are strategically placed to ensure proper growth and aesthetic appeal.
– Plant Installation: Trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants are installed according to the design plan. Mulch is often applied to help retain soil moisture and suppress weeds.

Final Touches and Clean-Up

Final Touches and Clean-Up

– Final Adjustments: Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the landscape meets the design specifications and client expectations.
– Clean-Up: The site is thoroughly cleaned, removing any debris, excess materials, and construction equipment.
– Depending on the size of the site a gardener/gardeners are placed on site for a month until the plants and landscaping are properly established.
